Ageless Curations is retailer of curated fine art, antiques, legacy and artisan home goods and décor, as well as supplementary custom framing services upon request. We are based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We operate primarily online and ship worldwide, subject to shipping restrictions and local laws.

Acceptance of Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Ageless Curations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Violation of these terms

If we cancel your order after payment, we will provide a full refund.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in CAD (Canadian Dollar)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price for the piece selected only
• Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs unless specified

Payment

• Payment is required at the time of order
• We accept cash (POS only), electronic bank transfer (Canada only), credit, debit, and other electronic options as available
• All electronic payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy

• We ship internationally, subject to certain restrictions
• We do not ship to PO Boxes or their equivalency
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, unless otherwise specified (Eg. Custom Framing)
• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the courier

International Shipping

• International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees unless otherwise negotiated, in writing, prior to completion of the sale
• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
• Some locations may have shipping restrictions

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Handling fees are used to furnish our customers with the highest quality shipping materials, and each piece is meticulously packaged to prevent damage regardless of the method of delivery
• In the unlikely event of damage or loss please let us know within 7 days of delivery
• Though we have no control over the shipment once it has been processed for delivery, we will work with carriers to help resolve shipping issues

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

• We offer no hassle returns within 14 days of delivery
• Returned pieces must be in original condition and packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item was damaged or incorrect
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receiving returned item
• Refund transactions are completed through the payment gateway to the payment method provided at the time of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized work cannot be refunded except in the case of vendor or manufacturer error
• Items damaged once in the customer's care cannot be returned
• Items not in original condition for any reason other than as agreed to, in writing, by Ageless Curations will not be considered for refund

Product Information and Authenticity

Accuracy

• We strive to display accurate colors, dimensions, and descriptions, but screens and user settings may affect our presentation
• All measurements are in metric, but are approximate to the nearest centimeter

Authenticity

• We guarantee the authenticity of all original artwork and designer pieces sold
• Certificates of authenticity and/or provenance are provided where applicable
• In the event authenticity is disputed, we will investigate and provide remedies as appropriate
